Stock mouth protectors: pre-made, ready-to-wear guards that are inexpensive & accessible
Boil & bite protectors: accessible, better fit than a stock guard, & is moulded to your teeth by boiling it before worn

What to Expect

We’ll help you decide on the right mouthguard for your teeth. When you come in to visit us, we can create custom-fitted mouthguards by taking a mould of your teeth. The appointment is fairly straightforward, and once your guard is ready, you can come back in to pick it up.

Caring for Your Mouthguard

Rinse your guard with cold water or mouthwash before & after each use
Clean your guard with mild soap & toothbrush as needed
Store your guard in a firm, perforated container (we’ll provide you with one)
Avoid putting your guard around high temperatures
Replace your guard as necessary (if you notice holes or tears)
